Natural wisdom!
What can you learn for yourself from
nature?
When I started studying nature, I didn't realize how much we can learn from it for our own growth in life. But we seem to have a magical connection with trees in particular, because every part of them is also a part of us. They are the ultimate mirror for growth and exemplify what it means to move out of your comfort zone.
But more on that in another blog post - in this one, I'll give you a little insight into what I've learned from nature for myself!
"Nature is our greatest teacher.
In her we find answers for ourselves.
And in ourselves we find
answers for you."
The wilderness shows that true abundance arises when we grow freely and carefree from within ourselves, without limiting or restricting ourselves, without pressing our talents, enthusiasms and gifts into molds, but simply allowing them to grow wild and free and pure and genuine and raw, because this is exactly how the most beautiful potential can unfold.
From trees and plantswe can learn how real growth always lies outside the comfort zone, not under the earth but above it, where it can be rough and uncomfortable, and that the experiences that challenge us the most are also the ones that help us to progress and blossom the most.
We can learnfrom the seasons - especially in a performance-oriented world that strives for perpetual growth - that real and healthy growth also takes place in times of rest, and that breaks (winter) are not a standstill, but on the contrary an essential step in growth itself.
"WILDERNESS IS A MIRROR OF OUR OWN NATURE, THE PLACE OF UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES IN OURSELVES, from which everything can grow."
We can learn from water what it means to stay in the flow, because the only constant in life is change.
We can learnfrom the earth what it means to be there for others, to give unconditionally time and time again and that true richness does not come from having, but above all from giving and being.
Ecosystemsshow us - especially in our dealings with nature today - that it is not just about taking, but also about giving in order to maintain balance.
And above all, we can learn from nature that we are always enough as we are, because in a relationship every living being makes its valuable contribution to the greater whole, exactly as it is by nature, not otherwise.
"For me, trees are a place of peace and strength. A symbol of how everything on earth is connected."
For me, nature is our greatest teacher. A mirror for ourselves and a mentor who is always at our side. All we have to do is listen to her again.
Let's make nature great again!
